Ingredients:
- beef - 1 kg .;
- bacon - 150 gr;
- bulb;
- butter (melted) - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- potatoes - 7 pieces;

- parsley root - 1 pc.;
- rye bread - 2 slices;
- bread kvass - 600 ml;
- lemon - ½ pieces;
- sour cream - 70 grams;
- spice.
Cooking
Peel the beef of tendons and films, and then cut into small pieces and fry a little in vegetable oil. Wash and peel the vegetables. We cut the potatoes into large pieces, carrots and parsley into small cubes, and onions into thin half rings.
At the bottom of the pots put a slice of bacon, onion, carrots with parsley, spices, a slice of lemon, and then a slice of bread. Place meat, potatoes and sour cream on top of the bread. All products are poured with kvass on top. Now tightly cover with lids or a layer of dough and simmer in the oven for an hour and a half.
