Making delicious pancakes with chicken and cheese, minced meat and smoked meat
To prepare the dish in question, you do not need any special ingredients. Pancakes for such a dinner should be done in milk. As for the filling, you can use boiled chicken breasts, and smoked meat, and even hard cheese as it. But first things first.
So, to cook homemade pancakes with chicken and cheese, the following ingredients for the test are useful to us:
- whole cow's milk - 750 ml;
- large eggs - 2 pcs.;
- white sugar - about 2 large spoons;
- table salt - 2/3 of a dessert spoon;
- cold water - ½ cup (you can slightly more);
- white flour - add as you wish;
- table soda - 2/3 of a small spoon;
- vegetable and butter - for frying pancakes and lubricating them, respectively.
Cooking pancake dough
Before forming pancakes with chicken and cheese, you should knead the base. To do this, whole cow's milk is mixed with slightly beaten eggs, adding sugar and sodium chloride to them. Then, table soda is poured to the ingredients and white flour is poured. By mixing the components, a viscous dough is obtained (the consistency should be like thick sour cream). To make large and thin pancakes, the foundation must be liquefied. For this, ordinary drinking water is poured into it.
After re-mixing, a rather liquid dough is obtained, which is covered with a lid and left aside for ¼ hours. During this time, the flour will disperse a little, the base will become more uniform, and also lose all unwanted lumps.
Pancake Frying Process
Before you cook pancakes with minced chicken or any other filling, the base should be properly fried. In this case, you should get smooth and thin products of large diameter.

The process of making minced chicken
To make minced chicken, breasts are thoroughly washed, removing bones and skin. Then they are crushed in a meat grinder, alternating with onion heads. After that, minced meat is seasoned with spices, mixed well and spread in a pan with oil. In this form, the product is fried until fully cooked. Then it is removed from the stove and cooled.
To make stuffed pancakes more satisfying, rice grits are necessarily added to minced chicken. Moreover, it is pre-boiled in salt water.
How to stuff homemade pancakes?
After the minced chicken is ready, it should be placed on a pancake in the amount of several tablespoons, and then curl up with an envelope. Having formed all the products in a similar way, they are placed in a pan and fried on both sides.
Making pancakes with boiled chicken
Besides minced meat, home-made pancakes can be stuffed with regular chicken breasts. They are prepared until completely soft (in salt water), and then they are cooled and cleaned of bones and skin. After that, tender fillet is cut into small cubes. To get a more nutritious meal, chicken breasts are mixed with grated hard cheese.
