There are many homemade recipes for tiramisu cake, but not all of them are simple to implement. This article presents an easy option that does not require culinary experience.

- 680 g of mascarpone from the refrigerator.

- about 30 tiles of savoyardi cookies bought at the store or at home;

How to do it?
The recipe for a tiramisu cake is as follows. Make coffee syrup first. To do this, whisk cocoa powder, hot espresso, liqueurs and vanilla extract in a deep bowl until smooth. Set aside.
Secondly, prepare the cheese layer. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and adjust it to maintain a constant steam supply. Combine eggs, sugar and salt in a heat-resistant bowl using a flexible stirring paddle. Reduce the whipping speed to medium and start adding the mascarpone, about a quarter cup at a time. There is no need to wait between additions. Just pause to clean the edges of the bowl with a flexible spatula, then resume beating at a medium level until the mixture is smooth and thick. Do not worry if the cheese begins to gather in lumps: they will smooth out over time.
How to collect tiramisu cake
Take cookies one at a time and dip each in coffee syrup with a fork. Soak them for a few seconds so that they have time to absorb the liquid, and then place them in a row on the bottom of the baking dish. As soon as a continuous layer of cookies is formed, spread a mascarpone mass over them in an even layer and lightly sprinkle with cocoa powder. Repeat the same with the remaining cookies until the syrup runs out. There should be a layer of cheese filling on top. Level it with a cooking spatula.
How to decorate a dessert
Lay a long slice of culinary thread over a smooth filling. Press it to create any kind of pattern that you like. Then generously sprinkle tiramisu cake with extra cocoa powder. Take the thread by the end and carefully remove it.
