Sauté the onion for several minutes, then pour in the washed rice (300 grams) and cook for about three minutes until transparent. There is no need to close the lid. Add a teaspoon of saffron. Now pour 200 grams of dry white wine and a liter of fish or vegetable broth. Cook the risotto in a slow cooker for 15 minutes in Low Pressure mode. Then pour a cocktail of seafood (500 grams), salt to taste, mix and cook for another 5 minutes. Put the hot dish on a plate and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Italian rice ready!

One of the most delicious variations of risotto cooking is with mushrooms. In a slow cooker, this dish is prepared very easily. First, as in the previous recipe, fry the onion until golden brown. Add the chopped clove of garlic to it. Porcini mushrooms (200 grams) are cleaned and cut into cubes. We wash the rice (2 cups) and send it all to fry to the onion. After a few minutes, pour half a glass of dry white wine, mix until it completely evaporates. Add 100 grams of cream, a glass of broth and a little water, stir and close the lid. Set the "Extinguishing" mode and cook for 15 minutes. Sprinkle almost a finished dish with 50 grams of grated cheese, chopped herbs and leave to simmer for a couple of minutes. Then immediately serve to the table.
