- salt - 5 g;

For the preparation of pasta, it is best to take raw, peeled, unsweetened peanuts. To begin, rinse the nuts with water to wash off the dust, and then put them on a baking sheet in one layer and dry in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 ° C. Then remove, cool slightly and transfer to a blender bowl. If you bought peanuts in the husk, then you can remove it at this stage. Rub the dried kernels in the fingers, and the skin will easily come off.
Grind the nuts with a blender until fine crumbs. Stop the engine, scrape the mass off the walls and restart it. After a few minutes of processing, the peanuts will begin to secrete oil and the paste will become more liquid. To speed up this process, pour in vegetable oil. After another 4-5 minutes, add salt and the selected sweetener: honey, syrup or regular sugar.
It may happen that despite the additives, the paste still remains too dry. In this case, you can add pure water and continue whisking with a blender for a few more minutes. If necessary, this step should be repeated.
When the paste has the desired consistency, stop whisking. If you need to make chocolate paste, then add 70-100 grams of chocolate, cut into pieces, in a blender, and continue to mix for another 2-3 minutes. Transfer the product to a clean jar and cover with a sealed lid. The peanut butter prepared according to this recipe can be stored for 10-14 days.
