In general, pasta is a universal product. And not everyone knows about its benefits. Besides the fact that they contain carbohydrates, they also have proteins, starch and trace elements. And they do not bear any harm to health or figure, you just need to know their correct way of cooking.

For example, a pasta casserole with minced meat is a very tasty dish that is served hot. For its preparation you will need, of course, pasta and minced meat 350 grams each, one carrot and onion, mayonnaise (200 grams) and 3 eggs. And, of course, sunflower oil, and pepper and salt to taste.

So, grate the carrots with a coarse grater, and cut the onions into cubes. Salt boiling water and pour pasta into it, which should be cooked until half cooked, so that inside they remain unboiled. Then throw them in a colander, rinse with cold water and let it drain.

Lightly fry the onion until golden in sunflower oil, then add the carrots to it and fry a little more until this is browned. And put the minced meat in this mass and fry until it is ready.

With a beaten egg and mayonnaise, grease the mold in which your pasta casserole will be baked. Put half of the boiled pasta in this form, and on them - most of the prepared mix of minced meat. All this should be filled with egg and mayonnaise. Do the same with the rest of pasta and minced meat, top with egg sauce.

Further, it all depends on your desire and imagination. Love greens - on top, grind the casserole with chopped dill and parsley, which will give your dish a certain flavor. Like olives or olives - they will also go well with meat filling.

When the decoration is completed, the pasta casserole should be placed in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for half an hour.
