  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • mustard - 2 teaspoons;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • table vinegar - 1 teaspoon;
  • salt;
  • black pepper (ground);

To prepare such a sauce, you need to boil a chicken egg. To do this, it is necessary to throw it into boiling water and leave it in it for a minute, immediately reducing the fire to a minimum. After such preparation, the egg must immediately be broken into a separate bowl and mustard added. These ingredients need to be ground until the maximum homogeneous mass is formed, and after that add lemon juice, vinegar and seasonings. Next, the mass must be pepper, salt and only then mix again until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
