You will need these ingredients:
• one and a half to two kilograms of potato;
• three hundred grams of pork;
• three hundred grams of champignons;
• sunflower oil;
• one carrot (large);
• two onions;
• ground black pepper;
• black pepper peas;
• seasoning especially for potatoes;
• salt;
• bay leaf;
• seasoning from a mixture of vegetables.
How to cook stewed potatoes with meat and mushrooms? First, wash the meat and cut it into pieces. We clean and finely chop one onion. Heat the pan and pour the sunflower oil. Put the meat in a skillet and fry until golden brown. Then add the onion. We wash the mushrooms, clean, cut into cubes and also fry in sunflower oil.
Potatoes need to be washed, peeled and diced. Finely chop the second onion. Grate the carrots. Mix potatoes with meat, onions, carrots, mushrooms. Season it all with the above seasonings and pour into a saucepan. Then fill the potatoes with water, put on gas and wait until it boils, and then make the gas smaller and simmer until tender. This stewed potato with meat and mushrooms is served with pickles or tomatoes.

Braised potatoes with minced meat and onions
Ingredients:
• five onions (medium size);
• three tablespoons of vegetable oil;
• 300-500 grams of minced meat (any);
• a pound of potatoes;
• 350 grams of carrots;
• 400 ml of broth (meat) or plain water;
• three tablespoons of tea salt;
• 150 grams of green peas (frozen);
• one spoon (tablespoon) of tomato paste;
• two spoons of parsley (chopped);
• 150 grams of sour cream.
Heat the oil and add chopped onion and minced meat. Stew until the stuffing loses its original red color. Then add the diced carrots and potatoes to it. Fry for about five minutes, stirring. Then pour the broth, salt and simmer another ten minutes. Pour the frozen peas and simmer for another five minutes. Next, add tomato paste.
At the end of cooking, add sour cream and parsley (or decorate the dish with them before serving).

Braised Potato with Stew
For cooking you will need:
• about ten potatoes;
• one can of stew;
• one can of red beans in tomato sauce;
• four pickles (small);
• one carrot;
• one onion;
• salt and pepper;
• a couple of bay leaves.
We boil water in a pan and meanwhile, peel and dice the potatoes. When the water boils, you need to salt it a little and pour potatoes into it. Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots, chop the pickles too. Pour all this into our potatoes, then add a couple of bay leaves and pepper.
We spread the stew for potatoes, and let it simmer on low heat. About five minutes before cooking, you need to add the beans in the sauce and mix well. If necessary, spices are used. If you like potatoes not to be thick, you can add more water.
