Catfish is considered a very tasty fish. Several of its species are known: eastern catfish, striped, spotted (mottled). Catfish is a marine fish that lives at a depth of 40 meters to 200. Adults can reach a length of more than 1 meter and weigh up to 20 kg. The color of the fish is grayish, dark chocolate is found. It got its name for the characteristic shape of the jaw and teeth: it is a powerful chewing apparatus, with sharp teeth bent inward and protruding like a wolf’s fangs, adapted to gnaw bivalves, crabs. It also feeds on sea urchins, snails, ctenophores and jellyfish. Catfish prefers to live in shallow water, in coastal thickets, at cliffs covered with mollusks. The tail and head of the catfish have a laterally compressed view, the caudal fin is small (less than 1/10 of the total body length, not counting the head), a pair of small pectoral fins. Fishing is conducted all year round.
The nutritional value of catfish meat is high. It contains riboflavin, thiamine, pantothenic and nicotinic acids, pyridoxine. It is a source of vitamins such as A, D, B12 and E, it contains amino acids: glutamic, aspartic, lysine, etc. The meat of this fish is white, tender, fatty and almost boneless. Next, put two pieces of carrots in Korean and two onions, sliced in half rings. Mix three tablespoons of mayonnaise with two tablespoons of sour cream, one tablespoon of hot ketchup and put the mixture on top. Salt, vegetable oil and ground pepper - to taste. Bake the oven (hot) for 20-25 minutes.
Catfish in foil with vegetables and cheese:

Ingredients: 4 pieces of medium catfish fillet, a teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, ½ cup almond flour (you can make it yourself, grind the almonds in a coffee grinder or food processor with a small amount of starch), ¼ cups of hard cheese (grated), juice of half a lemon, ¼ cup of white breadcrumbs.
Pepper the fish fillet , salt, lightly pour with lemon juice and olive oil. Set aside for 15 minutes. Combine cheese, breadcrumbs and almond flour.
