How to organize a romantic dinner

Put the dish in the oven for 40 minutes at 220 degrees, then pour wine and bake another 20 minutes. When serving, you can decorate the dish with a slice of tomato or a sprig of fresh herbs.

In addition to hot, you can cook some original, appetizing salad, for example, with shrimp.

To prepare it you will need: a pound of frozen shrimp, several sprigs of parsley and dill, 300 grams of fresh champignons, a bunch of lettuce, 1 pc. onions and bell peppers, tomato, lemon juice and salt.

First, shrimp is prepared: water is poured into the pan, salted, and dill sprigs are thrown. When the water boils, lay the shrimp. After 5 minutes, they are removed, cleaned, cooled and finely chopped. Then cut the onion in half rings and thin tomato into a straw. Mushrooms and pepper are cut into cubes, mushrooms are fried separately in vegetable oil, pepper and salted. Lettuce leaves are torn by hands into small pieces, finely chopped parsley. All ingredients are gently mixed, salted, watered with vegetable oil and lemon juice. Before serving, the plate is decorated with greens and peeled whole shrimps.

Do not forget about the dessert. If time is running out, you can cook a simple fruit salad.

It will require: 1 orange, 2 bananas, 2 kiwi, nectarine or peach, apple and liquid honey. Peel, peel, apple and orange seeds are removed from orange, banana and kiwi. Fruits are cut into cubes of equal size, mixed and seasoned with a couple of spoons of honey. Such a dessert is best served in portions, in a small bowl with a spoon.
