After that, the pieces are strung on special skewers, laid out on a baking sheet covered with foil, lightly poured with sunflower oil and sent for an hour and a half to the oven, the temperature of which should reach 180 degrees. The readiness of the meat can be checked by cutting a piece of it, from which only clear juice should flow. Such a marinade for pork in the oven, despite the apparent simplicity in cooking, gives a wonderful result - delicious and flavorful meat, which can be served with the same tomato sauce.

The following recipe can be used not only for pork, but also as a marinade for duck in the oven (it is better to cut the bird into small pieces). In a small bowl 4 tablespoons of soy sauce are mixed with a tablespoon of honey (it is better to take liquid). Here greens are poured and garlic squeezed through a press is put. The meat, cut into necessary pieces, is laid out in a plastic bag, where the marinade is poured. Shake the bag a little so that the liquid is evenly distributed over all the pieces, after which the dish is put in the refrigerator for several hours (you can keep the meat in the marinade and more for a day). Onions are cut into rings, garlic cloves - into small parts. Garlic with onions are stacked in a bowl. 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil are poured here, a pinch of salt, a spoon of sugar, pepper, several bay leaves are added. The meat is diced and put into the mixture for several hours. In the same way marinade is prepared for beef in the oven or any other meat. For several hours, the dish is sent to the fridge for pickling. If the meat is not completely saturated, then before baking, you can fill the dish with marinade from above. To add flavor to the meat, circles of chopped and peeled apple, halves of grapes or slices of lemon are laid out. Boiled potatoes or freshly chopped vegetables are good for garnishing with meat prepared in this way.
