  • Complete the casserole by placing the remaining potatoes on top.
  • In a deep bowl, beat with a whisk 300 ml of milk and three chicken eggs. Pour the casserole with the mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.

  • Wash eight potatoes thoroughly in several waters, put them in a pot of water and set to simmer on medium heat.
  • Peel one onion and cut into cubes.
  • Peel 300 grams of fresh mushrooms and also chop with a knife.
  • Fry prepared foods in a preheated pan in vegetable oil.
  • Cool the finished potatoes, peel and scroll through the meat grinder. Add to it two glasses of flour, two chicken eggs, a little vegetable oil, salt and ground pepper. Knead dense dough from the products.
