Now in the meat you need to make incisions in order to place garlic cloves in them. Baked boiled pork should be at a temperature of no more than 180 degrees for two hours. If the pork neck is large, then bake for longer so that the meat is well cooked inside. After 20 minutes of baking, boiled pork will start to produce a delicious aroma, which will be a signal in order to open the oven and see if the juice has leaked.
