From childhood, we all love such culinary products as pancakes and pancakes. The recipe for making kefir pancakes is very simple, so carefully read it and you can safely start cooking. So, to prepare delicious pancakes with kefir, prepare: 500 ml. kefir, 500 ml. milk, 3 eggs, 400 gr. wheat flour, 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon with a slice of soda, about 2 tablespoons of 5% table vinegar, butter and vegetable to grease the pan. If all the necessary ingredients are ready, then you can start cooking.
Eggs must be put in a bowl and pour warm water (but not hot) to warm them. Pour kefir into any container for the test, put salt, sugar and put on a small fire. Kefir must be heated with constant stirring and constantly check the temperature by hand. Once the mixture is pleasantly warm, immediately remove from heat. Break warm eggs into a pan and beat thoroughly with a mixer with a special nozzle, which are sold in any supermarket. Pour the sifted flour without stopping kneading, but just do not have to rush so that no lumps form. The dough must be without lumps and very smooth, since the quality of the final product directly depends on this.
Further. Heat the milk and bring it to a boil. Pour soda into a tablespoon and, holding it over the pan with the dough, extinguish with vinegar. Pour hot milk onto the remaining soda in a spoon and pour into the dough. Then add the rest of the milk and knead the dough very quickly with a mixer. In principle, the main part of the preparation is completed, so now you can proceed directly to frying.
Kefir pancakes are baked in a pan with a diameter of 15-16 cm, for this purpose a cast-iron frying pan with a holder is well suited. Before baking the first pancake, the pan needs to be heated, greased with vegetable oil using half an onion or raw potato. Warm up a little more and re-lubricate, so that there is certainly no burning and sticking. Next, you need to reduce the fire by half, pour the ladle of dough into the pan and let the pancake bake completely. Then brown the second side. Put pancakes on a plate with one stack and grease each with a piece of butter. Agree, there is absolutely nothing complicated in making pancakes!
