How to cook champignons.

It’s no secret that the name of famous mushrooms of champignons has French roots, because the French word “champignon” is translated into Russian as “mushroom”. Despite such a strong argument, many researchers believe that champignons appeared in Italy, and only then spread to France. Scientists have not found out where such a popular variety of mushrooms actually came from. Nevertheless, one cannot argue about the beneficial properties of champignons. They not only positively affect the work of the cardiovascular and nervous system, but also contribute to improving the condition of the skin and strengthening muscles.

Mushrooms can be eaten in any form: canned, raw, fried or stewed. Due to this quality, there are many options for how to cook champignons. You can cook salads with mushrooms, soups, sauces, appetizers, flavored pastries or main dishes.

In Italian cuisine there are a large number of the most delicious recipes on how to cook champignons. In our country, the Italian dish “Beef with champignons with white sauce” is very popular. This is a tasty, aromatic and nutritious dish, which, due to the presence of nutmeg in it, acquires a unique and refined taste.

To prepare beef with white mushroom sauce, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Beef 900 gr.
  • 1 cup milk
  • 30g butter (creamy)
  • 300g champignons
  • 30 gr olive oil
  • Spices, salt
  • 10g nutmeg
  • Flour

Peel and wash the champignons in water. Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and fry them a little until golden brown. Transfer the fried champignons to a two-liter pan.

Cut the beef into small pieces, add spices and salt, roll in a small amount of flour and fry on both sides in a frying pan over medium heat. Put the fried meat on the mushrooms. In a pan with mushrooms and meat, add nutmeg and milk. Place the pan on the stove, and, over low heat, simmer the dish for 40 minutes until the sauce thickens. The dish is ready!

Fans have a tasty meal and at the same time spend a minimum of time cooking, probably worried about the question: "How to cook mushrooms quickly and tasty?". From Italian cuisine we received a recipe for juicy and delicious pizza, which, by right, is considered a symbol of Italy. Try to cook a dish called “Pizza with champignons”, the recipe for which is simple, very simple and will not take you much time.

To make pizza you will need:

  • 200 gr. boiled pork
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 5 champignons
  • Black olives and tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • Pizza base or prepared dough.
  • 80 gr. hard cheese

First you need to cut the boiled pork into thin stripes. Then peel the onion and cut it into rings. After that, take the tomatoes, wash them and cut into circles. Peel and wash the champignons and cut them into small pieces as well. Grate hard cheese (preferably Parmesan) on a coarse grater and chop the cucumbers into thin strips.

Grease a round baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with a little flour. With your hands, evenly distribute the dough on the baking sheet (you should get a thin layer). Smear the dough liberally with tomato sauce and place the pre-chopped ingredients on it in the following sequence: onion rings, mushrooms, mushrooms, boiled pork, strips of cucumbers, tomato rings, grated cheese. Gently place the olives on top. Bake in the oven for no more than 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
