- Ristretto . The principle of preparation of such coffee is practically no different from classic espresso. However, there is still a difference between them. And it consists in the fact that this coffee is a little stronger, because a very small amount of water should be added to the same volume of ground beans. In other words, only 7-20 ml of liquid is required to be infused into 7 grams of bulk product.
- Lungo . To prepare this drink, you must use up to 60 ml of water (with a similar number of ground grains). Due to this liquid content, coffee becomes less strong.
- Doppio . This drink is a double espresso. That is, to prepare it, you should combine 14 grams of ground coffee and 60 ml of water.
