In our world, where it is considered good form to monitor proper nutrition, there is one product available to everyone that even nutritionists do not argue about its benefits. This product is boiled beef. How is it useful? Judge for yourself.

Boiled beef neutralizes hydrochloric acid and reduces the irritating qualities of some other enzymes. It is the only one of all meat products that does not leave rotting or fermenting waste in the body. Protein, which is also rich in meat, is recommended for people seeking to build muscle. Digested bone broth is recommended for people with weak bones or bone injuries. Beef helps blood formation and does not contribute to weight gain. She is also rich in unsaturated fatty acids. That's why boiled beef dishes must be present on every table. It is not necessary (even harmful) to eat daily. It is better to do this 1-2 times a week. But boiled meat can make unique any, even a festive table. The meat is tasty in itself, easily fits into many salads. For example, I never eat sausages or sausages, they are replaced by sandwiches with boiled or steamed beef. And the most favorite salads with beef are Onion and Mushroom.

Both recipe includes boiled meat. The recipe for boiled beef is simple. First, meat (the larger the piece, the tastier) is poured with cold water and brought to a boil very quickly. Water is drained, the meat is washed and set to boil again, but already on low heat. For salad you need:

  • Boiled beef - half a kilogram.
  • Bow. It must be cut and pour vinegar for 6 hours, then rinse with ice water.
  • Pomegranate (large).
  • Pepper and other seasonings to taste.

Salad can be laid out in layers or mixed, it is also a matter of taste. Boiled beef is cut into very thin strips, mixed with onions and pomegranate. You can fill the salad with mayonnaise, or you can prepare a dressing from a glass of sour cream (or yogurt), sweet and ordinary mustard (to taste), three tablespoons of dry wine. Above you need to sprinkle the dish with pomegranate seeds abundantly.

Mushroom Salad

Boiled beef and mushrooms (pickled) for it will need equally, about 250-300 grams. The meat is boiled, onions, mushrooms and carrots are fried.

Healthy Beef Sandwich

To prepare it, I take large leaves of lettuce. After washing them, grease them with mustard and spread on it boiled meat cut into thin layers. In my mood, I use horseradish with beets or mayonnaise, French mustard, sweet sauces, yoghurts, mayonnaise or a combination of these sauces.
