300 grams of chicken liver, onion, 150 grams of buckwheat, salt, a glass of water, 50 grams of vegetable oil, 1 carrot and a little feather green onion.

  1. The liver must first be washed, and then, removing the film from it, cut into medium pieces.
  2. Fry the workpiece in vegetable oil for 3 minutes on all sides.
