Vladimir Natanovich Vinokur was born on March 31, 1948 in the city of Kursk. Coming from a simple family from an early age was very smart. His mother taught him, and his father worked at a construction site. The elder brother of Vladimir was engaged in entrepreneurship.
Getting to know the scene
From an early age Volodya was fond of singing. At first he performed at home during the holidays, singing for himself and alone. Later, in his school years, he was engaged in amateur activities in a circle, not forgetting about singing. Noticing his hobby in time, the mother decided to enroll her son in a specialized circle. In the palace of pioneers, he first performs on stage and falls in love with her.
At the age of 14, he goes on vacation to the famous Artek summer camp. There Vladimir takes part in an international competition, where he performs the Buchenwald alarm. Young Vinokur wins it. For this victory, he receives a gold medal, which he gives the first astronaut - Yuri Gagarin. Being in the summer camp, Vinokur meets Semen Dunaevsky, who discerned the abilities of a teenager. Dunaevsky gave him very practical advice - not to engage in vocals until the tipping point for the teenager passes and the voice is established. Vladimir listened and, despite the misunderstanding of his parents, stopped singing.
Student years
Young Vladimir was very attracted to the stage, but at the insistence of his parents, he entered a construction college. In parallel, he enters the evening department of the music school, choosing the conductor-choral department. Having not yet received secondary education, Vladimir decides to try his hand at the entrance exams at GITIS. The first three examination tours were easy for Vinokur, but it soon became clear that the young man had no documents and was denied admission.
After graduating in 1967, a young man was drafted into the army, where he was recorded in a song and dance ensemble. Along with the performance of military duties, Vladimir tries himself as an entertainer, soloist, and sings in the choir. During the service, the ensemble often went to perform in hospitals. Two years later, being among the military personnel, Vinokur decided once again to try to apply for admission to GITIS, and this time he succeeded. He was accepted.
Work on stage
Since 1973, Vladimir has been working in a circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. A little later, he receives an invitation from the director of the Moscow operetta theater Anisimov G.P., where Vinokur has been working for two years. In 1975, having received the recommendation of pianist M. Bank, he fell into the ensemble “Gems”, which was known at that time, where he performed with parodies of recognizable personalities, singers and actors. Vladimir Vinokur, whose parodies became more and more famous and loved, understands that his career began to grow rapidly. Two years later, Vinokur becomes the laureate of the All-Russian contest of pop artists, where he performs with the famous monologue about the foreman Kovalchuk, whose author was Leonid Yakubovich. After this victory, Vladimir for the first time seriously thinks about the stage and the beginning of his solo career.
Soon Vinokur Vladimir Natanovich got a job as a soloist in the Moskontsert. Now he performs at large venues with a huge number of spectators, such as the concert hall "Russia", Variety Theater, the Kremlin Palace and others. He also takes part in a concert dedicated to the sixtieth anniversary of the formation of the USSR. Its popularity and demand is growing. Vinokur begin to invite to holidays and concerts. Cinema and television
But in the movie Vinokur Vladimir Natanovich did not get right away. At first he worked on the dubbing of the short films Wolf and Calf and The Last Wizards. In parallel, they are beginning to invite him to shoot in television programs. He took part in such well-known programs as “Around the laughter”, “New Year's attraction”. At the age of 44, Vinokur was appointed adviser to the vice president of the RSFSR for cultural affairs. Two of his close friends die, and he miraculously remains alive, but receives serious leg injuries. Doctors are even considering the option of amputation.
But at that moment his close friend Joseph Kobzon comes to the aid of him, who facilitates the transfer of the artist to a Russian clinic, where Vladimir is put on his feet. After this incident, Vinokur begins to love life even more and completely devotes himself to the profession.
Awards
Vladimir Vinokur, whose biography began rather modestly, received the title of Honored Artist of the RSFSR in 1984, and five years later, in 1989, the People's Artist of the RSFSR. Also, the comedian was awarded the Order of Honor (2000), the Order of Friendship, the Order of Merit for the Fatherland of 3 and 4 degrees, as well as 8 medals. In 1998, a star named after Vladimir Vinokur was laid on the square of stars near the State Concert Hall "Russia". The event was timed to the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the comedian.
Personal life
For many years Vladimir Natanovich has been a happy family man. The comedian met his future wife, ballerina Tamara Pervakova, in 1973, when he was 25 years old. The chosen one of Vinokur is 5 years younger than him (she was 20). Vladimir fell in love at first sight, but Tamara did not immediately reciprocate.
The couple met at work. They both played in the play “Don't hit the girls” for the children. Tamara was in the role of a clockwork doll, and Vladimir - in the role of a loser. The comedian immediately liked the girl, but Tamara did not pay attention to her colleague. Despite the courtship of Vladimir Natanovich, the girl remained impregnable. The case decided the case.

However, the newly made couple faced another problem - the lack of children. After twelve years of trying and waiting, the couple still had a daughter. Tamara was 32 years old, and Vladimir was 37. For the sake of raising the long-awaited daughter, Pervakova decided to quit her career and said goodbye to ballet forever.
Over time, the artist, as promised to his future wife, became a famous comedian. The daughter of Tamara and Vladimir decided to follow her mother’s example. In 2003, she graduated from the Choreographic Academy and began working at the Bolshoi Theater. And in 2015, Anastasia gave birth to a son, Fedor, and Vladimir Natanovich finally became a grandfather.

A close friend and colleague of Vladimir for a long time is Lev Leshchenko. Their acquaintance took place more than thirty years ago. After a while, they created a joint issue, Levchik and Vovchik, authored by Arkady Khait.
