How to cook meat in batter differently? There are several interesting recipes, a little more complicated than the first. But the meat is much more delicious.

One of these dishes will be discussed further: meat in batter made of starch. 200 g lean pork should be cut into small pieces of the correct shape. Then you need to mix 2 eggs, 100 g of starch and 2 tablespoons of grape vinegar, add a tablespoon of sugar and salt to taste. The meat is spread in a batter, and then spooned, scooping up a piece of meat and a small amount of batter, spread in a hot pan, fry for several minutes on one side, then on the other.
