To prepare this dish you will need 400 gr. clippings, a tablespoon of starch, garlic, granulated sugar, egg whites, a few teaspoons of vinegar, vegetable or sesame oil. The tenderloin is freed from the films, washed and cut into thin strips. The batter is made from whipped proteins, flour and starch with the addition of a small amount of cold boiled water. In a deep pan with thick walls, oil is pumped over and the meat is fried until a brown crust appears. Starch is mixed with vinegar, sugar and crushed garlic, add a little water. The sauce is added to the meat and mixed. Chinese beef is ready!
Korean beef
It will take 0.5 kg of beef, carrots, vinegar essence, sugar, red
hot pepper, onion, vegetable oil. Beef needs to be frozen, and
then tap with thin plates. Thaw stroganin, add sugar
and salt, vinegar essence. The mass must be thoroughly mixed. Beef should
whiten slightly and let the juice go. You need to marinate for two hours, sometimes stirring
mass. Peel and finely chop the carrots. Add sugar, salt and vinegar
essence, mix thoroughly so that the carrots let the juice. Squeeze beef from
marinade, put on top on carrots, add seasonings and scald with boiling
vegetable oil. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and let it brew in
within an hour.
Mexican beef
Minced beef must be fried for several minutes. Add chili peppers, crushed garlic, onions, cubes of sweet pepper, corn and red beans to the pan, grind. After 20 minutes add spices - marjoram, thyme, chili powder. Scald tomatoes, peel, grate. Add the tomatoes to the pan, reduce the heat and simmer for about half an hour until the sauce thickens.
