Fruit is a great dessert and snack for children and adults. Sweet, juicy, they may well replace many sweets and make up the body's need for vitamins and minerals. However, apples, bananas, oranges and any other fruits are good not only on their own, but also as a basis for the salad. Refueling such a dish is best done with sour cream, while you can choose the more bold or lightweight option yourself.

Salad with apples, pears and prunes
Apples claim to be the most beloved fruit. In addition, they are present on store shelves all year round, and therefore they can be safely considered the ideal ingredient for fruit salads:
- apples (do not take too large) - 3 pcs.;
- juicy pears of average size - 3 pcs.;
- prunes - about 100 gr;
- icing sugar - a little, just for decoration;
- non-fat sour cream (lite) - 100 gr.
In pears and apples, the core is removed and cut into small slices or strips. The prunes are washed, brought to a boil in a small amount of water and cut into slices. All products are mixed, seasoned with sour cream (if desired, you can replace the cream with 10%). Top with fruit sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Apples with nuts
The content of nuts in a fruit salad with sour cream gives the dish a more piquant taste and makes it quite satisfying:
- apples - 5 pcs. (should choose a juicy variety);
- peeled walnuts - 0.5 cups;
- any raisins - about 100 gr.;
- juice squeezed from lemon - about 3 tablespoons;
- cream or low-fat sour cream - a little less than a glass;
- bright sweet berries for decoration (e.g. raspberries).
The apples are washed, separated from the seed and cut into fairly thin slices. The cut apple is poured with lemon juice, which allows you to maintain a bright attractive color of the fruit. The entire volume of chopped nuts and raisins is added to the salad bowl, watered with sour cream and garnished with berries.
Banana and Orange Salad
Citrus lovers will appreciate this fruit salad with sour cream. It will require:
- orange - 1 pc. (it is quite possible to replace it with 2 sweet tangerines or half a grapefruit);
- apple (best green) - 1 pc.;
- dried dates - about 7 or 10 pcs.;
- ripe banana - 1 pc.;
- yogurt without additives or sour cream with low fat content - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- walnuts - 2 or 3 tbsp. spoons.
Banana and citrus are peeled, the central part of apples is removed. All fruits are cut into cubes of the same size. Finely chopped dates, and whole walnut kernels are divided into several parts with a knife. Such a salad looks good in a bowl. On top of the fruit, pour a small amount of sour cream.
Fruit with cheese
Perhaps the flavor combination of cheese and fruit will surprise someone, but do not rush to conclusions. Such a dish will surely find true fans, because cheese only slightly supplements the fruit mix, making it more piquant. The following products are needed for such a fruit salad with sour cream:
- juicy pears - 1 large or 2 smaller;
- cheese - 100-150 gr;
- juicy apples - 1 or 2 pcs. (depending on the size of the fruit);
- juice of two lemons;
- walnuts (kernels slightly chopped) - 100 gr;
- mayonnaise - 100 gr;
- thick sour cream - a couple of Art. spoons;
- ready mustard - 1-2 tsp;
- a little sugar.
Pears and apples are peeled and cut into small cubes. Cheese is sliced ββin the same way. Sour cream (can be replaced with unsweetened yogurt), mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard with sugar are thoroughly mixed and seasoned with the resulting salad dressing. To insist, the dish is placed in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
Fruit Salad with Sour Cream and Gelatin
Such a dish looks unusual and very appetizing, so that none of the guests will refuse to try dessert.
To prepare it, you will need products:
- gelatin - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- low-fat sour cream - 400-500 gr;
- fruit - already ripe, but not too soft banana and apple - 1 pc. large or 2 small fruits;
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp will be enough spoons;
- water - about 50 ml.
Beat sour cream and sugar with a whisk until sugar dissolves without residue. Gelatin is mixed with water and allowed to swell for 10 minutes. After which the mixture is heated in a water bath to a boil, but not boiled. When the liquid has completely cooled, add a few tablespoons of sour cream and sugar to it and mix thoroughly.
All fruits are peeled (can be left), cut into small slices, laid in a bowl and pour sour cream. After stirring, a gelatinous mass is poured into the bowl, mixed and immediately laid out in glasses or gums. Clean in the refrigerator.
