Required components for filling and dough:

  • low-fat kefir - 250 ml;
  • drinking water - 150 ml;
  • dry yeast (such as Pakmai) - an incomplete dessert spoon;
  • granulated sugar - a tablespoon;
  • fresh butter - 90 g;
  • large chicken eggs - 3 pcs. (1 of them for lubrication of products);
  • small salt - half a small spoon;
  • sauerkraut - 3 cups;
  • sunflower oil - 7-8 large spoons (for frying vegetables);
  • sifted white flour - add to the density of the dough.

To do this, you need to combine low-fat kefir and drinking water, heat them a little, and then pour in granulated sugar and dry yeast. After these components dissolve (after 180 minutes), the milk mass must be mixed, pour in small salt, break the chicken eggs, add softened butter and white sifted flour. In the end, you should get a fairly thick base, which only slightly sticks to your hands. To make it rise well, it is recommended to cover it with a thick cloth and leave it aside for 1-2 hours.
