That is why I would like to present you some excellent recipes for cooking such types of fish as perch, crucian carp and pelegas.

Oven baked perch

To prepare this fish you will need:

Large perches - a few pieces;

Mushrooms - 1 kg;

Onion - 3 pcs.;

Lemon - 1 pc.;

Mayonnaise;

Vegetable oil;

Pepper, salt

First you need to clean the fish. Then rinse and dry thoroughly. Heads and tails should also be trimmed. After this, grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the fish on it, previously salted and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl, squeeze the lemon juice and sprinkle each fish. Cut the onion in half rings and lay on the fish so that it completely covers it. Finely chop the mushrooms and sprinkle on top of the perch. This slide needs a little grease with mayonnaise and place in the oven (200 degrees). Twenty minutes later, you need to pour fish juice, which will stand out during cooking. Since the fish cooks faster than mushrooms, the readiness of the dish is determined by the readiness of the mushrooms.

Baked crucian in the oven

For this dish you must use large crucian carp. You can also take other fish, for example, carp. Ingredients for cooking:

To get started, take the fish and clean it of scales and viscera. Then you need to rinse it well under running water and salt it on all sides. After that, sprinkle with seasonings for the fish inside and grate the surface of the crucian carp well with them. Put greens inside and leave a little for decoration. Put the foil on the baking sheet and place the fish on it, then pour a little oil. Put in the oven for half an hour. You can use the grill mode, which will help the dish to cook a little faster. After half an hour, we cover the fish with foil and bring to readiness for another half hour.

Then remove from the oven and serve, sprinkled with herbs. Crucian, as well as perch baked in the oven, turns out to be very juicy and nutritious.

Oven baked Pelengas

Ingredients:

Pelengas - 1.3 kg;

Onion - a few pieces;

Sour cream - 150 ml;

Spices for fish - to taste;

Salt pepper;

Vegetable oil

To prepare this fish, you will need to initially cut the carcass of the fish in portions, then rub each of them with spices and salt. Now put the fish in a pan and leave to marinate for about half an hour. Wash the onions, peel and cut into thin rings. Then put in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Now you need to pour it with sour cream, sprinkle with spices and mix thoroughly.

Now we take a baking sheet in which the fish will be baked, and cover it with foil or parchment paper. Spread the pieces of fish on top and fill them with onions marinated in sour cream and spices. It should be noted that onions can be pickled both in sour cream and in kefir.

After that, place the pan with the fish in an oven preheated to 190 degrees and leave the dish to bake for about 50 minutes. After this time, the bearing must be removed from the oven, decorate with greens. It is recommended to eat hot. Potatoes or vegetables should be used as a side dish.
