Despite the large list of products, you only need 10 minutes to make a Waldorf salad. To begin with, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and sour cream in a bowl with a whisk. In it, rub the celery root on a coarse grater (do not forget to remove the peel from it first). Peel and dice the apples. You can sprinkle them with lemon juice so that they do not darken. - 2 tbsp. l Dijon mustard and white wine vinegar;

- half a clove of garlic;
- a couple of tablespoons of olive oil;
- root celery - 1 pc.;
- fennel root - 1 pc.;
- green apples - 1 pc.

The recipe for celery root with apples and hazelnut oil guarantees an original and completely unusual taste of the finished dish. Cook this salad. To begin with, mix vinegar, lemon juice, chopped garlic and mustard in a bowl. Whisk, slowly pour in the hazelnut oil and olives. Thinly cut the green apple, celery root and fennel into strips. Put in a dish. Top with cooked oil sauce and mix. Sprinkle the salad lightly with hazelnut oil and serve.
Chicken Salad
To prepare 3 servings of the original salad, you will need:
- chicken fillet - 160 g;
- celery root - 120 g;
- champignons weighing 60 g;
- pickles - 20 g;
- mayonnaise - 60 g;
- mustard - 10 g;
- salt.
