Sanitary norms and rules accompany us almost from birth and apply to all spheres of human life. Compliance with these standards can significantly reduce the negative impact of many factors harmful to humans. For example, sanitary rules for refrigerators are established to protect the health of the country's population and apply to all enterprises, institutions of any form of ownership. For violation of these rules, not only disciplinary or administrative liability is possible , but also criminal. The word "refrigerator" refers to refrigeration plants and distribution refrigerators. Sanitary norms and rules established for them provide almost all the nuances of their work, including requirements for the territory, water supply and sanitation, heating, lighting, ventilation, etc. All this is very important because most people use a wide variety of frozen products. Health depends on its quality, and sometimes the life of many people.
Another very important document, which concerns many, is the sanitary rules for kindergartens. The majority of the population, if not their own children visit them or are going to do it, then grandchildren or even great-grandchildren. Their new edition entered into force in October 2010. They were designed to create favorable conditions for protecting the health of children attending preschool organizations. In these rules, along with the requirements for ordinary kindergartens, such forms as family and short stays, which were not even mentioned in previous documents, are prescribed.
These sanitary norms and rules were perceived ambiguously. Especially negatively, many parents reacted to a slight increase in the number of people in groups. But this point, in connection with the huge lines of people who want to send their children to kindergarten, is mostly advisory in nature. Many did not like the clause on the ban, the so-called living corners. But most likely, this can be justified by the increasing spread of allergic reactions, even at a very young age. And, thus, children will be protected from allergens, carriers of which may be hamsters, rats, parrots, etc. The document focuses on such important elements:
- Organization of proper nutrition, that is, there should not be any fried or fatty dishes on the menu. The list of products not recommended for baby food has also increased significantly;
- The requirements for toys have also undergone changes, for example, the ban on soft-packaged species has been lifted;
- The interests of both right-handed and left-handed children are taken into account, the proper organization of lighting, etc.
Sanitary norms and rules for pre-school institutions where children are staying for a short time, are much milder, which allows for their organization to use various facilities, including outbuildings. For walks, such gardens can be used by nearby parks or squares. But still, the main difference between such a garden is that the child is only a few hours here. In accordance with the standard, if the time of stay does not exceed 4 hours, then there is no need to organize food and sleep. If the child is in the institution for up to 5 hours, he needs to be fed once, and the presence of a dining room is optional, and a buffet is enough. If the stay of the child exceeds this time, then daytime sleep is also necessary.
There are a huge number of sanitary norms and rules, but some of them apply to a very narrow area, while others cover almost the entire population. But in any case, they should be observed and not be violated by unscrupulous performers.
