  • chilled chicken fillet - about 500 g;
  • fresh carrot is not very big - 1 pc.;
  • bulb onion - 1 head;
  • Harusame noodles - a few sachets (optional);
  • canned beans (in tomato paste) - 400 g;
  • vegetable oil - apply for frying;
  • soy sauce - to your liking;
  • salt, Thai seasoning, hot pepper - to your liking.

Goulash cooking process

Chicken fillet goulash is cooked easily and simply. First you need to thoroughly rinse the meat, and then cut off all inedible elements from it and chop with medium cubes. Next, you need to start processing vegetables.

Fresh carrots and onions are peeled and then chopped with not very large cubes.

After preparing the main components, proceed to their heat treatment. For this, vegetable oil is heated very strongly in a stewpan. Lay slices of fillet in it and carefully fry for three minutes.

Reducing the fire, add onions and carrots to the dishes. After mixing the ingredients, they are cooked for about 10 minutes. At the same time, all components constantly interfere with a spoon.

Once the chicken and vegetables are a little soft, they add salt, Thai seasoning and hot pepper. Canned beans in tomato paste are also spread to the ingredients. After mixing the components, they are extinguished under a lid for about ΒΌ hour. During this time, all products must be fully cooked.
