Recipes for which you can cook jellied pie with canned goods - do not count. Any of them will give you wonderful unsweetened pastries. If only to know a few tricks.
- The oven must be preheated to the desired temperature before placing the mold in it. Otherwise, the cake will stick or settle.
- Standing up to a gram and a milliliter is not worth it. You need to focus on the consistency of the resulting test. Nevertheless, the density of the liquid - kefir, yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise - is different.
- Be sure to use a baking powder. In most recipes, jellied pie with canned food is recommended to be cooked with soda. In this case, it is better to extinguish it with lemon juice. Do not like to "bother", take a ready-made baking powder. Even if it is absent in the recipe, feel free to arbitrarily: it will turn out tastier. The approximate dosage is a 10 gram sachet per pound of flour.
Jellied cake with canned food can be formed in different ways. The most popular is closed. However, you can make it open, however, without a “grid” on top. And if you cook jellied cake with canned food in a slow cooker (recipes with a photo of which, I admit, are very tempting), you can lay down the whole filling down and pour the dough on top. A primitive but successful recipe
The quickest and easiest way to build a jellied cake with canned fish on kefir. For the test, combine a glass of this lactic acid drink and flour (remember what is said above about the proportions!), An egg, a spoonful of sugar, the same amount of vegetable oil, salt and a quarter of a spoonful of soda. All this is well kneaded to get a thick "sour cream".
A can of fish canned food is kneaded, chopped onion and chopped steep egg are poured into it. Plus, of course, salt and ground pepper. The cake is formed of a closed type and hides in the oven for half an hour or an hour. The time spent in the oven depends on the features of its operation, so that periodically the readiness is controlled by a match.

Those who do not like it in a “cooked” form (namely, it will turn out after the oven) can fry it first. The last mashed canned food is layered. The structure is filled with the remainder of the dough, and the mold is put into the oven for about three quarters of an hour.
Rice Filling
Very nutritious and at the same time satisfying, we get jellied pie with canned fish on kefir, complemented by your favorite Asian cereal. You can take any dough, but experienced housewives believe that it will be more tasty to combine two recipes in one. So two cups of kefir take three tablespoons of mayonnaise, two eggs, a spoonful of soda, salt (as you like) and flour (how much the dough will “pull”).
Now it's the turn of the filling. For her, canned food with butter is more suitable, rather than in its own juice - two cans. They traditionally warm up; a finely chopped onion head interferes with the mass, and then a glass of pre-cooked rice. The pie is arranged, in the form in which you are now more impressed - and in the oven. If you make this jellied cake with canned food and rice closed, do not forget the crown when it starts to brown, smear with whipped yolk and return to the heat for a short while. Then it will become pleasantly crispy and more “tanned.”
Jellied cake with canned food in a multicooker
Almost no housewife can do without this kitchen assistant. Naturally, your favorite recipes have long been adapted for the miracle machine. The dough can be prepared any of the above. The base, consisting of a glass of kefir, half a dose of mayonnaise, two eggs, a spoonful of salt, two sugar and a baking powder packet, is especially approved for multicookers. Flour will need approximately two glasses.
The filling will consist of a mashed saury (jar) mixed with three chopped boiled eggs and an onion.
It remains to collect the cake. The bowl is well oiled (above the level of the cake, almost to the top). About two-thirds of the dough is poured into it. The filling is placed on it - so that there is a distance of a centimeter or two to the sides of the multi-pan. The remainder is poured on top, and the crock-pot is included in the baking mode. The timer is set for an hour (with a bowl volume of 4.5 liters and the indicated quantities of products). After the bell, the cake turns over, and the unit turns on in the same mode, but for half an hour.
Pleasant supplements
Even the simplest jellied pie with canned goods will be more aromatic and appetizing if you add parsley, onion-feather or dill to the filling. And if you want to give it oriental notes, replace this greens with cilantro. Just put a little, it has too bright aroma.
