Russian Mall Network
Park House is a Russian chain of malls. It was conceived by the Samara group of corporations "Time" under the leadership of Vyrypaev Eduard and implemented in the period from 2003 to 2006. Initially, it was planned to build about ten shopping centers, united by a single Park House brand. The opening was planned in such cities as Astrakhan, Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa, Chelyabinsk and others. However, in the listed cities, the organizers did not succeed in implementing their plans.
The Vremya group of companies, in cooperation with the Austrian organization Meinl European Land, was reorganized in 2006 into Mall Management. This company was later acquired by Meinl. Two years later, in 2008-2009, the Netherlands company with the abbreviation AERE was resold.
The Park House chain covers five shopping centers, four of which are owned by Manhattan Real Estate Management and are located in Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Kazan and Tolyatti. The fifth "Park House" is part of the AERE group and belongs to the Siberian Cement organization.
Years of creation and city network of malls
- 2002 is characterized by the first discovery in Samara.
