  • cocoa powder;
  • cognac - 30 grams.

  1. First separate the yolks from the proteins. In the future, we will not use proteins.
  2. Next, beat the yolks with sugar (it should completely dissolve). Then add mascarpone to this mixture and mix (do it carefully).

  4. In coffee, add sugar (1 tablespoon) and cognac.
