Oven pork with tomatoes and cheese
To prepare the dish you need to take 800 g of meat, 1 kg of tomato, 250 g of cheese, two heads of onions, four potatoes, four cloves of garlic, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, herbs, salt.
Cut the meat along the fiber into pieces 1-2 cm wide. Beat each piece, salt, pepper on both sides. Grease a baking sheet with oil, put pieces of meat tightly on it. Cut the onion into rings and fry it in a skillet. Grind the garlic. Put onion and garlic on top of the meat.

Pork in the oven under cheese with mushrooms and tomatoes
To prepare this delicious dish you need pork, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese. The loin needs to be washed, dried. Without cutting the meat to the end, make cuts with a width of 1.5-2 cm. Salt, pepper. Cut the tomatoes into slices, mushrooms into slices, cheese into ordinary slices. In the cut you need to put 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of mushrooms, 2 slices of cheese. Wrap in foil and place in a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. Keep the temperature at 200 degrees. After 40 minutes, remove the foil, after which let the pork with tomatoes and cheese in the oven stand for another 15 minutes. When serving, cut the slices of meat to the end.
