A handful of champignons, a spoonful of grated cheese, a couple of cloves of garlic, one tomato (the fillet is not very juicy, will have to be softened) and lemon are needed for 200 g of its fillet. It is needed to make the chicken more flavorful.

The meat is beaten, and very carefully, so as not to break apart on separate fibers. Salt, pepper - as usual, plus crushed garlic and sprinkle with lemon juice on top. First of all, take veal - it is more tender and faster cooked. Further: it is desirable to marinate the meat after cutting into pieces and beating. Faster and easiest - in ordinary low-fat kefir. An hour is enough for this, only then kefir must be carefully wiped. Another secret: beef is beaten as thin as possible. And the last nuance: before putting all the ingredients in a heap, they put the meat into the oven for ten minutes without any other components. And only after this time onions with mushrooms and grated cheese are laid out on it. Should I lubricate with mayonnaise? At your discretion. In principle, after pickling, beef will be soft anyway, but if you want to, be safe. Bake - like pork.
