  • Rice for sushi (one glass).
  • Crab sticks (fifty grams).
  • Sausage (one piece).
  • Rice vinegar (two tablespoons).

  • Cucumber (one piece).
  • Egg (two pieces).
  • Nori seaweed (five sheets).
  • Sugar (one tablespoon).

In a deep container, mix rice vinegar and sugar. This mixture will become a marinade for chopped carrots and cucumbers.
