More recently, frog legs were considered an exotic French dish. Only very brave gourmets could taste it exclusively in expensive restaurants. But gradually, thanks to its amazing taste and nutritional properties, this dish has conquered the whole world. Now his recipes are found in almost all national cuisines. We will talk about how to cook frog legs at home and originally serve them. This delicacy will undoubtedly surprise guests.

Ingredients:

  • 24 paws;
  • 6 tbsp. l olive oil;
  • a glass of flour;
  • 1 tbsp. l shredded parsley;
  • six eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l grated cheese and as much butter.

Wash and dry the legs, roll them in flour. Then fry in olive oil (use four spoons somewhere). Take out the paws and put on paper towels - you need to get rid of excess fat. Now cool them and remove the bones. Break all the eggs, mix with cheese and herbs and mix. Carefully ensure that no foam forms. Melt the butter with the remaining olive. When it is warm, add eggs and paws to it so that they are well flooded. When the protein begins to harden, cover the container with a lid and then cook on low heat. This must be done before the eggs are ready. Serve the dish directly in the pan.

You will need:

  • 36 paws;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • one shredded onion;
  • 2 chopped tomatoes;
  • a spoonful of salt;
  • 400 grams of chopped celery stalk;
  • 4 tbsp. l flour and olive oil;
  • one spoonful of pepper, butter and shredded parsley;
  • 6 toasts.

First you need to make the sauce. To do this, mix onions, garlic, olive oil and celery. Fry the whole mixture until the garlic stains brown.
after which it must be deleted. When all the other vegetables have softened, add the tomatoes to the gravy and cook it for 10-15 minutes over low heat. The sauce is ready. The paws themselves need to be rolled in flour and sautéed in butter. Do this before staining them in golden color. Now put the paws in the sauce and simmer another five minutes. The dish is served with parsley and croutons.

For this dish you need:

  • 25 paws;
  • 200 g breadcrumbs;
  • 50 grams of flour;
  • 3 eggs;
  • lemon;
  • 100 g of oil;
  • a tablespoon of capers.

Sauce Ingredients:

  • a glass of lamb broth;
  • 2 tbsp. l butter;
  • a glass of milk;
  • 4 tbsp. l flour;
  • a teaspoon of vinegar;
  • pepper, salt.

To create a sauce, simply combine all the necessary ingredients and mix until smooth. Wash the paws, salt, breaded in flour and breadcrumbs, and then fry in hot oil. Served separately from the sauce, with capers or lemon.

Despite the fact that this dish is a rather rare guest on the Russian table, frog legs can be bought at almost any supermarket. It is very possible that soon the limbs of the swamp beauties will appear on the festive table with the same frequency as, for example, chicken or fish dishes. After all, frogs can be cooked as varied. The only minus of this dish is its price, which does not yet allow the use of paws as everyday food.
