For dinner, you always want something meat. Among the existing recipes of second courses from meat, there is undoubtedly something to choose. We will consider the main dishes of pork, since pork meat is easiest to find on the market.

I chose some of the most delicious and interesting recipes that I personally tested.

Recipe 1. Pork in batter. To prepare this dish, we need 500 grams of low-fat pork fillet, 1 egg, salt and wheat flour.

First, prepare the dough. For this, beat the egg and salt, add the flour as much as needed for a thick dough that does not drain from the meat. Knead, - the dough is ready. We put it off until the cusp.

We cut the pork fillet into 5 identical pieces (5 servings will be obtained) and beat on both sides with a wooden hammer. Salt and beat off again. Next, dip each piece into the dough and fry on both sides in vegetable oil. Serve with or without garnish. Personally, I cook mashed potatoes and some light vegetable salad. Such pork meat dishes can also be served at the festive table.

In general, pork meat is divided into three categories by fat content: fatty, low-fat and lean meat. Therefore, if you cook fried pork main dishes, it is better to use lean meat, and if it comes to baked pies, you can use fatty pork. It should be noted that among the pork category โ€œbaconโ€ is still distinguished - this is a piece of meat with thin layers of fat, something like a โ€œzebraโ€. So itโ€™s not always possible to cook second courses from pork blindly.

Recipe 2. Pork with vegetables. This long-time acquaintance shared this recipe. It takes about an hour to cook. So, we need 500 grams of pork, a glass of peas, 100 grams of low-fat sour cream (15%), a spoon of tomato paste, 1 large onion, medium-sized carrots, parsley, salt and spices for pork.

Cut the meat into small cubes, salt, season and fry until crusted. While the meat is fried, wash the peas, remove the ugly peas, fill with water and cook until half cooked. Then we put peas, pork meat, carrots, onions, salt and put in the oven for 10 minutes in a deep ducklice. Then we take out, add sour cream, tomato paste and greens, put in the oven again for 10 minutes. Done. These delicious pork dishes can be cooked in the oven. The taste is somewhat reminiscent of roast.

Recipe 3. Pork cutlets are very tasty, but I decided to improve this recipe and cook cutlets with cheese filling. For cutlets we need 500 grams of any pork (if the meat is fat), two slices of black bread, 1 egg, salt and breadcrumbs. For the filling, we need 100 grams of any hard cheese (I prefer the Table cheese) and greens, you can dill or parsley, or a mixture of them.

Pork and bread are passed through a meat grinder. Add the egg, salt, you can pepper a little, knead everything well. Grate cheese on a fine grater, chop greens and combine with cheese. We divide the resulting meat into 6 parts, form a cake from each part, put the cheese filling in the center, fold the meat cake in half and roll it into a patty. It should be an oval cutlet. Then breaded in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides. You can just bake in the oven, it turns out also very tasty. It is better to serve hot to the table, since the cheese inside is melted and very tender. As a side dish, you can serve stewed vegetables, various cereals, mashed potatoes, or you can serve without a side dish, since the dish itself is very hearty. It goes well with fresh vegetables, you can just chop fresh vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet peppers.
