Indeed, for the normal development of the body and the growth of the child, you need a healthy and nutritious food containing all the necessary nutrients and trace elements. Protein is one of them. And in order to provide the need for a growing organism with its necessary quantity, meat is introduced into the baby’s diet from eight months of age. But, of course, you won’t give a chop to a baby.
Meat dishes must be prepared in a special way. Moreover, they should be not only useful, but also necessarily tasty. Therefore, let's talk about how to properly cook meat souffles for children. After all, even kids, not to mention older children, perfectly feel the taste of any dish they offer. And sometimes they refuse to eat what caring mothers cook for them after spending half a day at the stove. To prove to them that healthy food is far from always tasty is almost impossible. But the souffle just does not fit into this rule.
How to cook meat souffle
As mentioned above, meat can be offered to a child from eight months old. But not all of its varieties are suitable for the baby. So, you can’t offer fatty pork to such a child. Most often, meat soufflé for children is made from chicken or veal. But if the baby suddenly showed an allergy to one of these components, then these types of meat are replaced with rabbit meat.

Chicken souffle

- fresh chicken meat (without veins and skin) - 50 g;
- crumb of white bread (you can take a loaf) - 20 g;

- milk
- butter (needed to lubricate the mold).
How to cook
Boil chicken, and then carefully chop. Preferably in a blender. Add the bread crumb previously soaked in milk to the meat and grind it again. We drive in the egg, salt (just a little bit), thoroughly knead our minced meat. If it turned out to be thick, dilute with milk until the consistency of porridge is “smear”.
We grease the mold with butter, fill it with minced meat. And then bake in the microwave, oven or even a double boiler. The time is about fifteen minutes. In the same way, you can cook meat soufflé for children from a rabbit. Just remember that it is cooked longer than chicken.
Beef souffle
And this dish can be prepared already based on the whole family. It will appeal to both kids and adults alike. And for cooking we use the following components:
- fresh beef - 500 g;
- raw eggs - 2 pcs.;
- crumb (rolls or white bread) - 150 g.
Cooking
Beef must be thoroughly washed, rid of films, fat, veins, and then boiled. Salt the water. Soak the crumb (you can even not use milk, but take plain water). And then chop it together with the finished meat in a blender. Cool the squirrels, beat them and add to the minced meat. Then the resulting mass must be very carefully mixed, then put in a greased form and sent to the oven preheated to one hundred and sixty degrees. Cooking time is about half an hour. The readiness criterion is the appearance of a beautiful golden crust on the surface.
