How to make a chocolate cake in the microwave

It turns out that this is quite real. For such a quick cake you will need 2 chicken eggs, 6 tables. l oil, 2 table. l regular milk, 4 tables. l cocoa powder, 8 table. l sugar, as much flour and a couple of teaspoons of baking powder.

Beat sugar with eggs thoroughly, gradually add cocoa, baking powder and flour. Then add milk and butter to the resulting dough and knead. Then lightly grease the form with oil, pour the dough into it and put in the microwave, turned on at the highest power. After 4 -5 minutes, the delicious chocolate biscuit is ready. It can be anointed with any cream or just glaze over.

How to make a marshmallow cake in the microwave

In the microwave, you can cook a delicious and really unusual cake with marshmallows and semolina. In order to prepare his dough, you will need half a glass of kefir, semolina, sugar and flour, 1 egg, butter (or 100 g butter, or 50 sunflower), a little soda and vanilla. To prepare the cream, prepare 150 g of marshmallows (preferably, colored, pink or yellow, it will be more beautiful), 150 ml. milk and gelatin. You will also need to prepare the icing: 4 table. l milk, 100 ml. sugar, 3 tables. l cocoa and 40 g butter.

Mix all the ingredients of the dough to make it more magnificent, beat the eggs with a mixer. Form a little grease with oil, sprinkle with flour and pour the dough there. It needs to be baked for about 7 minutes with a furnace power of 700 (so that the cake slightly moves away from the walls). Then, without taking out the cake, you need to cover the mold with a towel, and after 10 minutes pull the dough out of it, let it cool slightly and cut lengthwise into 2 or 3 parts.

Now prepare the cream. Marshmallows need to be cut into cubes, put in milk and stir until the marshmallows melt. Put gelatin in a small amount of water and warm up a little so that it melts, then add it to the marshmallow cream. To make it thicker, you need to put it in the refrigerator for several minutes.

To make the glaze, mix all its ingredients and keep on low heat until the sugar melts.

Next, grease the cakes with cream, fold them one on top of the other, and pour the top with icing. Marshmallow cake in the microwave is ready, bon appetit!

How to cook a nut cake in the microwave

To make such a cake, take 4 whole eggs + 1 yolk, 300 gr. sugar, the same amount of wheat flour, hot coffee 10 tables. l., 250 gr. milk, ground nuts 150-200 gr., 250 gr. butter, 80 grams of chocolate, whipped cream, icing sugar about 200 grams, as well as a little soda and vanilla.

Take 4 yolks, grind them with sugar, add coffee there and, whisking, gradually add flour with soda, and then 120 finely chopped nuts. Beat the whites separately and add them to the dough.

Pour the dough into the cooked mold and bake for 5-7 minutes at maximum power. When the cake has cooled slightly, cut it into 2 parts and anoint it with cream. Top it with chocolate melted with butter. The cream is prepared as follows: 50 gr. mix flour with milk, add vanilla and cook over low heat, stirring carefully, until the cream thickens. Beat powdered sugar with 200 gr. oil and 1 yolk and add to the boiled cream.
