    Combine all ingredients in one large bowl and mix until smooth.

Currant jam is best, as it is slightly sour, and in combination with maple syrup, the filling is divinely delicious. Pancakes can be served with warm milk or homemade raspberry tea.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (a little over 150 g) flour (mixed with baking powder);
  • ¼ cup (55 g) of powdered sugar;
  • ½ teaspoon of soda;
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of milk;
  • 20 g of melted (very soft) butter or margarine;
  • 2 teaspoons of vinegar;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanillin;
  • a mixture of berries (you can use any berries that you like best);
  • maple syrup.

  1. Combine flour, sugar and soda in a bowl or a convenient saucepan. Pit in the center of the mixture. Slowly pour milk, butter, vinegar and add vanillin, then mix with a whisk until smooth. There should be no lumps in the test, otherwise the pancakes will not be very tasty.
  2. Take a medium-sized frying pan and heat it with a vegetable oil. By the way, if your arsenal does not have a pancake pan, then a non-stick pan is perfect. Pour 3 tablespoons of dough (¼ cup) into the pan and cook for 2 or 3 minutes on both sides (or until golden brown). Repeat with the remaining test. As a result, you will get 8-10 pancakes.
