Homemade Waffle Recipe
For a large serving, you will need simple and affordable products:
- 200 g of good butter (it is better to take without adding vegetable fats);
- 5 chicken eggs;
- 300 g of ordinary granulated sugar;
- 250 g of flour.

First, dissolve the butter in a water bath, make sure that it does not get too hot. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add all the sugar, whisk with a whisk or a mixer until a homogeneous consistency. After in parts, stirring well again, add flour. The dough should resemble thick sour cream. If it is thicker, add a couple of tablespoons of water, this recipe completely admits. Wafers at home are best baked in a special waffle iron, if not, you can use a special electric frying pan for making sandwiches (sandwich maker). Cooking a delicious cream for dessert

boiled condensed milk is used as a filling - you can buy it in a store or cook it yourself. In this case, the filling is done in this way: quickly grease the freshly baked wafer with the required amount of milk and roll it into a tube. And if you prefer white filling, then you can cook custard. For him, take half a liter of milk, 4 whole eggs or 5 yolks, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour, a little vanilla sugar (optional).
Mash eggs or just yolks with sugar, add all the flour. Dilute the resulting mass with cold milk and put on medium heat. Cook until thickened, for our baking, the mass should not be liquid. Add vanillin. With this cream, you can stuff waffles that are already rolled up into tubes. In this case, it is best to use a confectionery syringe.
