  • vegetable oil - three tablespoons

The algorithm is as follows:

  1. We wash the rice, fill it with two glasses of water and put on the stove. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook under the lid for half an hour.
  2. We cut the fish fillet into portions.
  3. We cut cabbage, carrots and celery into thin strips or rub on a grater, cut the onion into small cubes.
  4. In a deep saucepan, heat the oil and dip the onion there, pass it until transparent.
