- Lettuce leaves.
Herring must be peeled from the skins and viscera, and then cut into a fillet. Next, the fish is placed in a marinade made from spices, vinegar and oil, and allowed to infuse for several hours. The prepared herring is pulled out of the marinade and allowed to dry slightly. In the meantime, you can boil the eggs, cool them and grate, mixed with onions. Fish must be removed from the can and knead with a fork. And divide the boiled eggs into yolks and squirrels. The yolks can be mashed with a fork to make small crumbs. Proteins should be finely grated. Greens and onions also need to be chopped. Once all the ingredients are ready, you can begin to prepare the salad. Layers are laid out alternately on the plate, the first - proteins, then grated cheese, then fish. From above all layers are smeared with mayonnaise. Onions are put on the fish, then again the squirrels, herbs. Next, everyone is greased with mayonnaise. One of the top layers should be oil crushed on a grater. But inside the flesh should not harden. Next, the ingredients are laid out in layers, and then string everything on a skewer. Here are ready a variety of delicious snacks for the holiday. - ½ cup crushed nuts (walnuts).
- Salt, mayonnaise, parsley, black pepper.
Boil the chicken in slightly salted water, then cool and cut into cubes. We rinse the prunes and pour boiling water over it for fifteen minutes, when it boils well, you need to get it, dry it on a napkin and cut into slices.
Divide the boiled eggs into yolks and proteins and grate separately. We also grind hard cheese, add garlic. Walnuts should be slightly fried in a pan and mixed with carrots. When all the components are ready, you can proceed to the process of preparing the salad. Put the prunes on a flat plate, be sure to lubricate it with mayonnaise, then lay out a layer of chicken (you need to pepper and salt it). Do not forget to carefully coat each layer with mayonnaise. A good option for the table is a lavash snack cake. For its preparation, you can use cheese and mushrooms as a filling. For the cake you will need the following ingredients:
- Thin pita bread - 2 pcs.
- Onions - 0.4 kg.
- Champignons - 0.5 kg.
- Sour cream - 100 g.
- Sunflower oil.
- Hard cheese - 120 g.
- Pepper and salt.
Cooking the cake should begin with the filling. Onions must be cut into slices, and mushrooms into cubes. Fry the onion a little in oil, and then add mushrooms, salt, pepper to it. The finished mass must be cooled and then passed through a meat grinder. Pita bread should be divided into eight layers.
Next, collect the cake, laying the layers on the food foil. Grease each sheet of pita bread with onion and mushroom filling. The top layer and side surfaces can be smeared with sour cream, and then sprinkled with grated cheese. The finished cake can be put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees so that the cheese melts, you do not need to bake an appetizer.
Baby snacks
A special theme for all mothers is snacks for a children's holiday. As you know, children are moody and not everyone eats. Therefore, it is necessary for them to cook beautiful and funny dishes that they simply cannot resist. On the festive table there must certainly be canapes-boats. They are prepared very simply and quickly. You can make them from halves of eggs stuffed with grated cheese. To do this, cut five eggs in half and remove the yolks from them. Mix them with cheese and sour cream. The resulting mass will fill the protein halves. And from above we insert a sail from curved chips. Each boat can be put on a piece of blue napkin to simulate a sea wave. So we got a boat running along the waves.

Sandwiches "Ladybugs" - a great idea for a children's holiday. To prepare such an appetizer, you need any non-sweet cookies (or crackers). The resulting cocoons are greased with spices and oil, and then baked for about forty minutes in the oven. Before serving, flavored rolls must be removed.
