Blackberry jam - the easiest recipe
For 1 kilogram of fresh berries you will need:
- kilogram of granulated sugar;
- a glass of apple juice - freshly squeezed or from a pack.
Sort and wash the berries, and then blanch (boil) them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain the water, and put the mountain ash in a pan with syrup made from apple juice and granulated sugar. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it brew for a day. After the specified time,

- half a glass of freshly squeezed apple juice ;
- a tablespoon of lemon juice;
- a pound of mountain ash;
- a pound of granulated sugar;
- one small apple and 100 g cranberries.
Rinse aronia, flip it over a colander and let the water drain. Blanch the berry in boiling water for three minutes, and then remove it with a slotted spoon. Mix apple juice with lemon, pour into a saucepan, add the indicated amount of sugar and boil the syrup. Peel the apples from the peel and seed chamber, cut into slices or cubes. - 700 g of chokeberry;
- 300 g pitted plums;
- 2 full glasses of filtered water;
- 1.2 kilograms of granulated sugar.
Wash and sort the mountain ash, blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes. Cook sugar syrup from the amount of ingredients indicated in the recipe (by the way, you can take water for it from the one in which you boiled mountain ash before).
