In this article we will tell you how to make a wet cake and how to serve the finished dish on the table. In addition, you will learn how to properly prepare products, how much to bake a pie and how to decorate it. A distinctive feature of the cooking options provided is that we will not use chicken eggs in them. Even without this product, the base is quite lush and tender.
Wet Chocolate Cake Recipe
Required Products:
- premium wheat flour - about two glasses;
- granulated sugar - 200 grams;
- purified drinking water - 200 grams;
- salt - a small pinch:
- vanillin - half the package;
- cocoa powder - 100 grams;
- sunflower oil - 50 grams;
- baking soda - 1 tsp;
- apple or wine vinegar - 1 tbsp;
- instant coffee - 1 tsp
It will take you about one hour to make this super-moist cake.
Step-by-step process
Our next steps are as follows:
- Sift the flour through a sieve so that it is saturated with oxygen and becomes more airy.
- Grind it with salt and vanilla.
- Pour the required amount of cocoa powder and mix the resulting mixture.
- In a separate dish we combine sunflower oil, instant coffee and slaked vinegar.
- Gradually fall asleep granulated sugar and stir well.
- We combine all the ingredients, pour in the water and knead a soft and supple dough.
- Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil using a silicone brush.
- Then distribute the dough over its entire surface.
- We send the wet cake into the oven for 40-45 minutes.
Check the readiness of baking with a toothpick. As soon as the dough stops sticking to it, we take out the cake and put it on a plate. If desired, you can cover it with chocolate icing, or cut into two equal parts and grease with a protein cream. So you get a sweet chocolate cake.

- premium flour - 1.5 cups;
- cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. l .;
- salt - on the tip of a knife;
- soda - 1 tsp;
- granulated sugar - 180 grams;
- water - 1 cup;
- vegetable oil - 50 grams;
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp;
- table vinegar - 1 tsp;
- instant coffee without additives - 15 grams.
At your discretion, table vinegar can be replaced with lemon juice.

The list of products that we will need during cooking:
- wheat flour - 380 grams;
- cocoa - 75 grams;
- soda - 5 grams;
- salt - 5 grams;
- granulated sugar - 1 cup;
- refined vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
- vanillin - half a bag;
- powder coffee - 15 grams;
- fruit jam - 130 grams;
- vinegar - 2 tsp;
- drinking water - 200 grams.
We will decorate such pastries with fresh berries and fruits.
Cooking method
Super Wet Chocolate Cake Recipe:
- In a deep bowl, mix the flour, previously sifted through a sieve, salt. vanillin and cocoa.
- In another bowl, combine water with vegetable oil and vinegar, pour coffee, soda and granulated sugar.
- Thoroughly mix the resulting mass until smooth. Then pour the mixture, which we have, into a bowl with bulk products. Knead the dough for a wet cake.
- At the bottom of the baking dish, put a little parchment and grease the sides and paper well with oil. We distribute the dough and send the mold into the oven for 35-45 minutes.
- As soon as the cake is completely ready, we take it out of the mold and let it cool for a bit. Then cut into two and grease one half with fruit jam or jam.
- Cover it with the rest of the chocolate cake and coat the surface with the same jam. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and proceed to the preparation of fruits and berries.
- In this recipe, we decided to use strawberries, banana and kiwi. Therefore, we tear off ponytails from strawberries, peel kiwi and banana. We wash the kiwi and strawberries under running water and cut into small plates. The same action is repeated with bananas.

- granulated sugar - a little less than 1 cup;
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp;
- powder coffee - 2 tsp.
To prepare this wet cake, you will need a minimum of products and time, and as a result, you get an insanely soft, tasty and fragrant dessert. Thanks to the coffee note, the pastries have a spicy taste and light bitterness. For decorating the cake, we recommend using powdered sugar, grated milk or dark chocolate, as well as ground nuts.
