Most often, to prevent the dishes from drying out, the fish is wrapped in foil or covered with greens and other products, but we suggest covering it with a more complex mixture. This recipe proposes to cook cod with the addition of white fruit wine and cheese.
Ingredients:
- fresh cod, fillet - 800 gr;
- fruit white wine - 1 glass;
- hard noble cheese - 100 g;
- pickled olives - 130 g;
- purple basil - 8 branches;
- sour cream or fat cream - 500 g;
- dill - 100 g;
- onion-turnip - 3 large and strong onions;
- sea ββsalt, white pepper, French mustard.
You can prepare cod in the following way:
