Delicious and golden meat pie - quick and easy

Every housewife has in the arsenal a signature dish with which she treats dear guests and beloved family members with particular pleasure. This can be an exotic salad or a specially prepared pickles, or a pie with meat. The secret of this signature dish is jealously guarded from outsiders, and not everyone will find the strength to generously share their secrets.

Only a person completely ignorant of cooking can think that everyone cooks the same way, that if 2 housewives use the same cookbook, then they get the dishes, as if from a conveyor belt. Compare one pie with meat to another, even if they were baked in the same oven, only the dough was mixed with different craftswomen - and you yourself will see that their taste is different. Therefore, you do not need to seek out rare recipes, add exotic ingredients to the dough and jealously keep your culinary finds. All the same, “one to one” will not work, even if you strictly follow the recipe. A good hostess puts a piece of soul in each dish, and the soul is unique even by definition.

Many inexperienced housewives are afraid to take the dough. It seems to them that baking, and frying flour products is such a long and complicated process that you can only master it after numerous trainings, and they won’t succeed the first time. It’s just a pity to translate the products, so they buy them in the nearest culinary, but they don’t believe that they can quickly and tasty make meat pies.

But let's take a chance.

We will need:

  • flour;
  • dry yeast - one and a half teaspoons;
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • 2 eggs;
  • salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • milk - 1 cup;
  • melted butter (margarine) - 50-60 gr.;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon.

From this we will prepare the dough. It is suitable for pies, and for a huge pie, so instead of many small ones, you can bake one big pie with meat.

In order to speed up the process, you can use the multicooker. Knead the dough: in a bowl, beat eggs, salt, sugar, margarine and milk in a bowl with a whisk or mixer. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add the yeast and begin to gradually pour the flour. We did not specifically indicate the exact amount of flour that will go to the meat patties in the multicooker, since the varieties of flour are different, they have different gluten content, and it is impossible to predict exactly how much flour you need to knead the dough. After kneading the dough, send it to the slow cooker for 20 minutes, setting the heating mode.

Now you can do the filling.

For her you will need:

  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • spices to taste.

Preparing the filling is elementary. Onions finely chopped and fried with minced meat until golden brown. Stuffing must be salt and pepper.

While you were filling, the dough had already come up. We take it out of the slow cooker and put it on a table sprinkled with flour. Roll out to the same size cakes. To make the meat pie not very similar to the bast shoes on the one hand, and on the other hand, it doesn’t resemble a canapé, the diameter of the baked cakes is about five centimeters. On each rolled piece of dough we put a filling, pinch the edges and leave the pies alone for 10 minutes to make the dough a little fit.

After this time, lay out the semi-finished products in the slow cooker with the seam down and start the baking mode for about half an hour. As soon as the pies are browned, put them on a dish, cover with a towel and tell your household that it is time for them to wash their hands and sit down at the table.
