But for those who are accustomed to not only tasty, but also healthy food, the question began to arise over time - are fast food dishes, including chicken nuggets, so safe? The issue of naturalness of food in public catering establishments began to rise more and more sharply over time, which was greatly facilitated by television programs on healthy eating. Chicken nuggets at home: an easy way to treat yourself to a delicious chicken.
For many housewives, this dish has become a true lifesaver, a great way to diversify your daily diet and please your home. At the same time, crispy breaded slices are to everyone's taste - even capricious kids, so cooking nuggets is a mandatory science that all young mothers should master.
Nuggets at home are both a great appetizer for a big beer company, a nutritious white meat dish that will delight fans of healthy food, and a light main dish that goes with any side dish. In any case, by trying to cook this dish, you will forever remain his fan.
Chicken Nuggets: Recipes.
Nuggets are small pieces of white chicken meat, baked or fried breaded. In general, it resembles a chicken in batter, but it cooks much faster. For cooking you need:
- Γ 1 kg of chicken fillet (breast-peeled breast is an ideal choice);
- Γ 2-3 eggs (the quantity depends only on their size);
- Γ soy sauce (it is needed for pickling, so those who are not a fan of oriental cuisine can safely replace it with any other marinade - lemon juice, kefir with spices or hot ketchup);
- Γ 200 gr. any cheese (it is better to take hard cheese, as it needs to be grated);
- Γ breadcrumbs (spicy lovers can mix them with spices - this is how nuggets get piquancy).
Cooking process.
Cut the fillet into small pieces - no more than a matchbox, then they can be completely fried in a short time. We send the future chicken nuggets in an enameled bowl and pour the marinade. Since the pieces are small, it will be enough to hold them in it for 20-30 minutes. During this time, we rub the cheese on a fine grater, beat the eggs with a whisk and prepare the breadcrumbs.
Pour a rather large amount of vegetable oil into the pan (the slices should literally βfloatβ in it) and leave to boil. Chicken nuggets should be lowered only in boiling fat, otherwise you can forget about the delicious crisp. We get the pieces from the marinade. Dip alternately in flour, cheese crumbs and breadcrumbs. By the way, for complete resemblance to your favorite fast food, you can sprinkle nuggets and sesame seeds, or add a few of these seeds to breadcrumbs.
Then we lower the slices of fillet into the hot oil and, without reducing the heat, cook. For each side, 2-3 minutes will be enough, that is, the overall frying process should not exceed 6 minutes.
