Grapefruit salad
So, you decided to buy an avocado. The recipe for a simple but unusual and rather exotic salad is as follows: grapefruit is peeled from the skin and all whitish membranes. We must try to make the slices large. The avocado is cut lengthwise, the bone is taken out, and the flesh is cut into half a centimeter thick plates right inside the skin. Then the halves are inverted, after which the peel is easily removed. The plates are slightly sprayed with lemon juice. The white part of the onion feathers crumbles with rings.
