Ingredients: warm water 200g., Dry or pressed yeast, two glasses of flour, sugar as you wish, a little salt, vegetable oil.

While our dough is coming, we will prepare the second part of the dough: add sugar, yeast to the remaining water and mix until foam. Pour this liquid directly into the dough and wait until the bubbles appear in it, then salt and pour in the vegetable oil literally a couple of tablespoons.

Yeast must be soaked in a glass of warm milk, add flour, milk, sugar, eggs, salt and butter to them. Beat the dough well and leave to rise. The dough for pancakes with yeast should resemble liquid sour cream, then the pancakes will be porous and thin.

For preparation: carbonated mineral water 200g., Eggs 2 pcs., A glass of flour, vegetable oil 10g., Vanillin, sugar, salt at the discretion.
