If we bake salmon in foil, the fish is especially tender and juicy.

Salmon with cheese and vegetables

You will need seven hundred grams of fish, tomato, fresh dill, fifty grams of parmesan, forty milliliters of mayonnaise, half a lemon, vegetable oil, salt, pepper. Rinse the steaks with cool water, salt and pepper on both sides, pour half the lemon juice and let it marinate for a quarter hour. Thinly chop the tomato into round slices, finely chop the dill. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Put each piece of salmon on a separate sheet of foil, sprinkle with herbs. Put the tomatoes and cheese, sprinkle with butter and lightly pour with mayonnaise. Wrap and bake salmon in foil for half an hour at a temperature of two hundred degrees. Please note that during cooking the fish secretes juice, so it is better to put the pieces not on the wire rack, but in the baking dish. If desired, in the same way, you can cook salmon not in the oven, but on the coals.

Take four hundred grams of fish, onion, a third of lemon, two teaspoons of dried rosemary, red pepper, salt. Rinse and peel the fillet, cut into portions, grate with pepper and salt. Cut the lemon into thin circles, which should be divided into quarters. Cut the onion into half rings. Take a leaf of foil for each serving, put onion, on top - fish, sprinkle with rosemary, put lemon. Wrap the sheets and bake the salmon. In foil, it will be cooked in twenty-five minutes at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees. Serve with any garnish to taste.

Salmon with mushrooms

To prepare this dish will take six slices of salmon, two hundred grams of mushrooms, two carrots, two onions, lemon, salt, pepper, vegetable oil. Rinse the steaks in cool water, pat dry with paper towels and salt. Chop the onion rings, and cut the carrots into strips. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Sauté the onion. When it turns golden, add carrots, and in a couple of minutes champignons. Salt and pepper. Remove from the stove as soon as the juice from the mushrooms evaporates a little. Grease each sheet of foil with oil. Put the steak there, and on top of it - fried mushrooms with vegetables. Wrap and bake salmon in foil. It takes a quarter of an hour at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees. Serve right in the foil bags in which everything was prepared. So the fish stays juicy and warm longer.
