Borsch garlic buns
To taste, they are a bit like Ukrainian pampushki. Therefore, they are especially suitable for soups and borsch. If you decide to treat your household with garlic buns, then you need to prepare the following products. For the test: a glass of warm water, dry yeast - 2.5 teaspoons, two and a half glasses of flour, olive oil - two tablespoons, one teaspoon of sugar and salt. For the garlic mixture: 5-7 cloves of garlic, two tablespoons of melted butter and olive oil, a quarter cup of chopped fresh parsley.
Cooking process
We start with a yeast dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and pour in the olive oil. Separately, mix the flour with sugar and salt. Combine the ingredients and knead the dough. If necessary, add a little flour. We shift the dough into a bowl, cover with polyethylene and leave for 60 minutes. After that, we roll it out and cut it into thin long strips. We form buns.
We cover the baking sheet with baking paper and put the dumplings on it. We leave for half an hour so that they come up. Then we send to the oven and bake for a quarter of an hour at a temperature of 190-200 degrees, until the buns are browned.
We proceed to the preparation of the garlic mixture. Peel and chop the garlic. My parsley and finely chop. Mix them and add the butter and olive oil. Dip the finished hot buns in the garlic mixture. They must be served hot on the table.

What do we need?
To begin, prepare all the ingredients: sugar - 2 tsp., 200 ml of water, dry yeast - 2 tsp., 1.5 tsp. salt, 3 cups flour, 3 cloves of garlic and a little vegetable oil.
Go to the cooking process.
We brew yeast with sugar in warm water. Leave the mixture for a quarter of an hour. After this time, add a little vegetable oil (a couple of tablespoons) and salt. Mix well. Then gradually add the flour and knead the soft dough. We cover it with a towel or film and leave it in a warm place for about an hour and a half.
Divide the dough into several equal parts and roll them into balls. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter and put the future buns into it. We turn on the βBakingβ mode and bake our donuts on one side for 60 minutes. Then turn over to the other side and continue cooking for another quarter hour.

To make garlic buns, we need the following ingredients: half a teaspoon of sugar and salt, two tablespoons of olive oil, a chicken egg, 6 cups of flour, one cup of milk, a bag of dried yeast, a few cloves of garlic, a pinch of red hot pepper and 800 grams of millet porridge.
Cooking Garlic Buns
Mix the prepared millet porridge with milk and use a blender to make the puree consistency. We put the mass on a small fire and gradually heat it.
